BHHG will analyze all strategies available to provide a detailed report and scope quantifying each solution category to maximize benefits allowing for informed and intelligent planning.

We have developed tools that analyze each aspect of energy acquisition, conversion efficiency and distribution, and implement energy cost reduction (ECR) strategies that produce a positive cash flow with little to no impact on budget. If internal budgets cannot be found, we can provide financing options structured to fund the project while immediately producing positive cash-flow.

Since all building systems are interrelated and have a collective effect on energy consumption and cost, the savings fall directly to the bottom line. The cumulative effect of federal tax incentives, state incentives, utility rebates and discounts (where available), utility rate savings, cost savings due to reduced energy use and maintenance savings can be surprisingly large. These can also create non-budget capital that can offset all of the Energy Project costs and produce positive cash-flow with funds left to allocate (formally paid out to utility companies). Energy savings for typical commercial facilities range on average from 35% to 40%, while actual cost reduction can reach up to 45% to 50%.
